Correcting your business details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services are updated when you provide the correct information and something to verify it. A link to your website, your current Google Business Profile, or a screenshot from an official source all work. Once corrected, your details stay accurate through all future data refreshes.

Disputing your score

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute means the underlying data is wrong: your listing is matched to another business, your reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misrepresents what customers wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business has permanently closed, duplicates another entry, or falls outside the directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined, and you will be told why plainly.
