MK Aircon arrives on time and completes work quickly, earning consistent praise for speed and professionalism. Customers value their honest approach: technicians advise against unnecessary cleaning and charge fairly, while staff keep clients informed and clean up thoroughly. One reviewer noted cooling performance degraded three days after service, though overall sentiment remains strong across the board.
Over six years, this business has built strong loyalty through consistent, efficient work across sofas, mattresses, carpets, and air conditioners. Customers value their use of non-toxic, plant-based solutions and adaptability around work schedules; staff like Mohd Alif are noted for reliability and going the extra mile. Booking and execution run smoothly, often completed within hours. Reviewers appreciate the thorough, visible results (darkened sofa armrests noticeably restored) and the straightforward, friendly approach. Pricing sits well against competitors for the quality delivered.
Frost Aircond Services delivers consistently high-quality aircon maintenance and repair across the SS7 area. Malik and Abdul stand out for explaining work clearly, catching problems early, and completing jobs quickly without hidden fees. Reviewers praise fair pricing against competitors, punctuality most of the time, and the willingness to return and fix mistakes. The team handles chemical cleans, basic services, repairs, and installations with equal care. Customers report seeing visible dirt removed and air quality improve. One reviewer noted a brief delay in communicating when running late, but the service itself remains polished and trustworthy enough that repeat business is the norm.
Customers consistently report fast response times and straightforward booking. Hassan and the team come across as knowledgeable and punctual, explaining problems clearly and delivering clean results without surprise fees. One reviewer hit a wall trying to book ceiling cleaning, getting ghosted after days of follow-up. Most others praise the team's responsiveness, but this gap in communication handling deserves attention if you're timing-sensitive.
Reviewers consistently praise fast same-day repairs, with technician Guru resolving issues like clogged drain pipes and compressor failures efficiently. Staff communicate clearly, show before-and-after photos, and come across as genuinely helpful and easy to work with. One complaint stands out: a customer was quoted RM138 but faced a surprise RM100 charge for refrigerant top-up at the appointment, with an RM80 cancellation fee mentioned only after declining. Most reviews highlight fair pricing, but this incident suggests pricing terms can be ambiguous upfront.
Most customers experience reliable, on-time service with skilled technicians who explain work clearly and clean up after themselves. Staff like Ismail and Muhammed earn repeat bookings over years. One detailed complaint alleged unnecessary part replacement and incorrect gas pressure, later confirmed by the manufacturer's own technician, raising questions about diagnostic practices on that occasion. The business sends video feedback of completed work and accepts digital payment. Pricing is described as reasonable by long-term clients. Service covers everything from routine maintenance to leak repairs, with particular praise for friendly communication and follow-through, though prospective customers should verify gas pressure levels independently before approving any compressor work.
Every review rated this business five stars. Customers praise technicians like Syed and MJ for arriving punctually, explaining work clearly, and leaving units noticeably cooler and spotless. Staff respond quickly to queries and accommodate last-minute bookings. Pricing sits in the reasonable range, and the service spans repair, chemical wash, gas top-up, and installation across the Klang Valley. The business covers old and new units alike with equal care. Reviewers appreciate the detailed workmanship, tidy job sites, and willingness to handle adhoc tasks. Named technicians build repeat bookings through knowledge and friendly demeanor. No complaints surface across the sample.
Reviewers consistently describe timely, careful work from staff who explain what they find and clean up properly before leaving. Technicians like Yasir, Zakwan, Naveed, and Afsar are named and praised for professionalism. The few complaints centre on unresolved leaks after payment and failures to follow up on promised fixes, which created justified frustration for those affected. Most praise the thoughtful method of chemical cleaning without dismantling units, competitive pricing, and willingness to diagnose problems honestly rather than oversell repairs. The business clearly sets a professional tone on most jobs, but service consistency appears uneven in edge cases where issues persist or callback promises slip.
