What recent reviews say

Recent reviews show serious issues: customers report staff no-shows on scheduled days without notice, units leaking within a month post-service with no warranty cover, and dismissive aftercare when problems arise. One five-star review from six years ago offers limited counterweight to sustained one-star complaints about reliability and cost.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Strong installation and repair work with fair pricing, but responsiveness to follow-up issues remains inconsistent. Technicians diagnose accurately and work cleanly, though recent customers report delayed callbacks when units fail after service.
