What recent reviews say

Reviewers consistently praise fast same-day repairs, with technician Guru resolving issues like clogged drain pipes and compressor failures efficiently. Staff communicate clearly, show before-and-after photos, and come across as genuinely helpful and easy to work with.

One complaint stands out: a customer was quoted RM138 but faced a surprise RM100 charge for refrigerant top-up at the appointment, with an RM80 cancellation fee mentioned only after declining. Most reviews highlight fair pricing, but this incident suggests pricing terms can be ambiguous upfront.

Aura Clean Maintenance & Services

4.8(30)✓ Google-verified

Most customers report swift, friendly service with meticulous attention to detail. One recent negative stands out: cleaners arrived late, worked slowly, and left surfaces dirty including a sink and toilet floor, with staff distracted by phones. The bulk of feedback praises the ability to book last-minute, arrive on schedule, and deliver polished results worth the cost. Their strength lies in flexibility: customizable hours, multiple cleaners, transparent pricing on their website, and rapid response for emergency jobs. Repeat customers cite aircon cleaning and post-renovation work as reliable services. Staff quality varies notably, and service speed seems inconsistent despite generally positive ratings.
