Long-standing parts distributor in Petaling Jaya serving aircon contractors and technicians. Stock depth and speed matter here: reviewers return for the full range of compressors, gases, copper, chemicals, and motors available same-day, with staff who confirm orders and keep waits short. Contractors especially rely on them; individual homeowners doing repairs find the prices undercut typical retail and the team patient with questions.
Staff consistency and product knowledge stand out across the feedback. No complaints surface in recent reviews. The business claims 30 years operating (their website says since 1994) and holds authorized distributor status for Daikin, Acson, Panasonic, Carrier, Hitachi, and Midea. They also supply SIRIM-certified copper tube and HVAC tools beyond just compressors and motors.
Across 30 five-star reviews, customers consistently report quick response times, on-time visits, and transparent pricing. Work is efficient and thorough-units cool better, run quieter, and problems stay fixed. Staff communicate clearly throughout the job and remain personable on site.
Most customers report fast appointments and quick fixes for their air conditioners, with work completed to a professional standard and at fair prices. Shafiq leads a team that handles residential jobs smoothly and will accept last-minute calls; one negative review cited poor staff attitude and messiness, though this contrasts sharply with the 426-review consensus of reliability and value.
Most customers experience reliable, on-time service with skilled technicians who explain work clearly and clean up after themselves. Staff like Ismail and Muhammed earn repeat bookings over years. One detailed complaint alleged unnecessary part replacement and incorrect gas pressure, later confirmed by the manufacturer's own technician, raising questions about diagnostic practices on that occasion. The business sends video feedback of completed work and accepts digital payment. Pricing is described as reasonable by long-term clients. Service covers everything from routine maintenance to leak repairs, with particular praise for friendly communication and follow-through, though prospective customers should verify gas pressure levels independently before approving any compressor work.
