Mr Lee and the team deliver smooth installations with friendly service and quick turnaround, earning praise from customers who got units up and running on schedule. However, after-sales repairs and warranty work draw sharp criticism: customers report being ignored when calling for fixes shortly after installation, with no follow-up or resolution.
Limited review evidence available. The business operates in Shah Alam and covers Subang Jaya and Selangor. Their website lists maintenance, repair, and chemical cleaning services, but review details are minimal to judge service quality.
Most reviewers report smooth bookings, punctual visits, and neat installations. Technicians explain work clearly and finish on time. Fair pricing and clean follow-up set them apart. One customer paid for chemical service on a new unit, then faced a water leak two months later and was quoted the full service fee again for diagnosis. The incident underscores a gap in after-sales care for linked problems, though the overwhelming majority report long-term reliability.
Cool Care has earned consistent five-star reviews for speed and professionalism. Customers report arriving early, diagnosing problems honestly, and explaining work clearly. Many have stayed loyal for years or decades. The team handles 1.5hp units, insulation replacement, and multi-unit services. Staff are known for clean workmanship and quick appointment responses. Pricing sits midway, with no complaints recorded in 44 reviews.
