Strong reputation for rapid repairs and honest work: reviewers consistently praise Mr Eric for getting air-cons running cold quickly and only fixing what is needed. One older complaint flagged billing confusion on a multi-year maintenance contract, but recent reviews show no pattern of recurring issues.
