Federal Aircond Elec. Eng. Sdn Bhd(Kapar)
4.6(54)✓ Google-verified
Most customers praise Federal Aircond for competitive prices, warm staff, and straightforward transactions. Stock is plentiful and transactions are easy. A recent delivery problem shows gaps in logistics planning when handling large multi-unit orders, though this is an outlier against the weight of positive experience. Service quality and friendliness are consistent across reviews. Salespeople are named positively (Sales Sahirah noted). The business stocks complete spare parts, making it a reliable one-stop shop for both retail and service needs in the Klang area.
