What recent reviews say

Reviewers consistently praise Syamil and Afiq for quick, clean work at fair prices. Response times are fast, and when technicians arrive, they explain problems clearly and tidy up afterward. Customers report cold units and grateful returns to the service.

However, a pattern of no-shows and delayed communication undermines trust. Multiple customers lost work days waiting with no call, no message, and no ETA offered after missing appointments. One reviewer noted trash and tape left on walls. These lapses sit uneasily alongside the business's otherwise strong execution.

Reviews split sharply: older clients recall friendly, efficient work at good rates, but recent feedback flags hidden costs (gas charges not disclosed upfront), poor communication between phone quotes and final bills, and tense customer interactions. Service quality appears inconsistent.
