Marvel Aircond's 4.2-star record reflects strong work on routine repairs and servicing: many customers praise clean results, fair rates, and friendly technicians. However, installation jobs carry risk: two reviews detail unrepaired wall damage, ceiling burns, and post-work mess left unaddressed, with staff initially reluctant to own the problems.
Two positive reviews praise affordable rates and solid service, but a serious complaint alleges the company submitted fake photos of a cleaned outdoor unit and refused to acknowledge incomplete work when confronted. Evidence is thin overall and sharply divided.
Customers praise Hero Aircon for fast turnaround and punctual arrivals, especially on emergency calls. Furqan and his team deliver clean, organized work with a friendly approach. One reviewer noted post-service water leakage but the team rectified it quickly. Minor feedback suggests clearer upfront service descriptions would help.
Kingz delivers reliable aircon servicing at rates customers repeatedly call affordable, backed by fast response times and technicians who show up on schedule. Most reviewers praise chemical cleaning results and the team's professionalism, though one recent complaint flags multiple missed appointments, unanswered calls, and conflicting explanations.
