What recent reviews say

Most customers praise installation quality, speed, and fair pricing. Two recent one-star reviews allege bait-and-switch tactics: units sold as current models arrived 2-3 years old, staff denied fault and refused exchanges. Older reviews remain consistently positive. The pattern suggests potential sales integrity issues that contradict field performance praise.

LKH DAILY AIRCOND

4.9(96)✓ Google-verified

Most visits end with satisfied customers and working air conditioning. Technicians arrive punctually, clean thoroughly, and explain the work without pushing extras. One recent job went seriously wrong: excessive water sprayed during cleaning destroyed a control board, the unit then failed for two weeks, and a technician initially charged RM80 for work another had already done. The owner eventually cancelled that charge but offered no apology for the fault.
