Five 5-star reviews praise speed and cost, but 50% of recent feedback reveals a pattern of no-shows, unreturned calls, and blocked numbers. The core complaint: after customers pay in full, the company stops responding to messages and refuses to fix leaks or damage caused during installation. Multiple reviewers report improper work, inexperienced foreign staff, and unfinished repairs that left shops unable to operate.

Every review awards five stars. Customers consistently praise fast response-one booked within an hour and had their unit running again the same day. Technicians Ali, Sultan, and Quddus are named for professionalism and skill. Reviewers emphasize punctuality, clean work sites, and honest diagnosis without upselling. Chemical wash solves leaking units; gas top-ups and basic cleaning come with diagnostics. A maid at one property received photo updates mid-service, showing the team's communication care. Pricing runs RM 85 for basic cleaning plus diagnostics on one unit, dropping to RM 80 per unit for three or more. Chemical wash costs RM 150 (one unit) to RM 100 (five or more). Gas top-up is RM 20 per 10 PSI. Installation, relocation, and annual maintenance plans are offered. The business operates 7 days and accepts late bookings (7:30 pm accepted), and their 2015 founding and 55 five-star reviews in Kuala Lumpur Setapak suggest they handle both urgent repairs and routine servicing.
