Staff turn around jobs within hours, often starting the day after booking. One reviewer noted a technician named Ahmad for helpfulness and attention to detail. However, a water damage case revealed friction: the business charged RM120 upfront for site assessment, quoted one price on-site then raised it by phone, and demanded payment immediately despite the customer wanting to verify the fix worked first.
The wider pattern shows strong satisfaction with speed and cleanliness, but pricing transparency and flexibility around payment terms are weak points. Most jobs are small repairs where this matters less; bigger diagnostics or conditional fixes may frustrate budget-conscious customers.
Most reviewers praise quick turnaround on installation and repair, clean workmanship, and straightforward pricing. A small minority report incomplete work and technician inexperience, though the overwhelming majority rate the service highly and recommend it.
