Strong technical work from named technicians like Faris, Faries, Fariz, and Umer draws repeat praise for same-day turnarounds and units cooling properly after service. However, multiple recent reviews flag missed or heavily delayed appointments, poor follow-up when units fail, and difficult refund handling. One customer waited a month for a partial refund after a RM330 repair fell apart two weeks later.
Aircond Services Kuala Lumpur operates from a published website listing certified technician credentials and fixed pricing across common repairs and installations. Review evidence is limited, so prospective customers should cross-check feedback from other platforms.
Most jobs receive quick response and professional completion. Reviewers consistently praise punctual arrival, neat workmanship, and transparent pricing. Staff explain problems clearly and follow up after finishing. Strong 24/7 emergency backup draws restaurant and business customers who value reliability during downtime. Two rare complaints stand out: one technician arrived alone without equipment and wasted hours and money; another failed to show up after confirming a call-out time. These misses suggest occasional lapses in dispatch or team coordination, though they are exceptions in a largely positive review set.
Aircond Cleaner operates across Kuala Lumpur with a stated 10 years in the business and certified technicians. Review evidence is limited; the business lists basic servicing from RM50 but detailed customer feedback is not available.
