What recent reviews say

Older reviews praise affordable rates and patient technicians, but recent incidents reveal serious gaps: a customer was ghosted for over an hour on a scheduled appointment, and another was charged RM140 without the aircon being fixed. The pattern and timing suggest a decline in reliability.

Customers return repeatedly for punctual, honest work at prices well below the market rate. Technicians arrive on time, explain options clearly, and leave no mess. Their chemical wash service draws particular praise for thorough interior-exterior work and noticeably fresher air quality.
