Technicians arrive on time, complete installations cleanly, and explain the work as they go. Staff accommodate payment options and answer questions before starting. One complaint about delayed rescheduling hinges on a single older review; the overwhelming pattern shows a business that treats customers attentively and prices competitively for the KL area. Chemical wash services dominate feedback across unit types, with customers consistently noting zero mess left behind. Named technician Raof and Khalid appear in separate reviews for punctuality and attention to detail, including free add-ons like light bulb changes. Payment half-then-balance flexibility resonates with repeat customers.
