Open round-the-clock in USJ 14, Sumon stocks hard-to-find electrical and hardware items that other shops lack. The owner is consistently praised as approachable and quick to help, even at midnight, making this a lifeline for urgent repairs.
Staff keep shelves well-stocked with aircon capacitors, fittings, and parts. Prices stay competitive, and the clean shop layout works well for tradespeople and DIYers alike picking up supplies outside normal hours.
Sparse review evidence: one detailed complaint alleges poor installation, compressor damage, and denial of responsibility; one brief positive rating provides no detail. Low confidence in overall service quality.
Most work gets done fast and reviewers praise the team's aircon knowledge and friendly manner over many years. A few recent complaints stand out: one described a plumbing fix that failed a week later with a rude re-inspection demand, and another noted chemical damage to furniture during service, suggesting care can slip when the workload is high. Staff typically explain repairs clearly and keep prices reasonable. The business has served customers for over a decade with the same units running well, which speaks to solid maintenance practice. However, those earlier complaints hint at inconsistent follow-up once a job is closed.
All nine reviews praise Mr. Chong's honesty and efficiency. Customers report same-day appointments via WhatsApp, fair pricing for work done, and clear explanations of issues. No complaints recorded.
