Core details are sourced from this business's Google Business Profile (checked 2026-09-29).
This business has a 1.2-star average across 20 reviews. Evidence is limited but consistent: reviewers across multiple years report requesting advance payment via bank transfer to accounts not registered to the business name, then being blocked after refusing to pay or raising suspicion. Multiple reports name the individual "mohamad Junaidee" and reference police complaints and KPDNKK (consumer authority) reports. No positive review text is available to assess actual service quality.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited to one five-star comment praising service and pricing. The business claims over 20 years in generator supply, installation, and maintenance across Malaysia and Sri Lanka, but this cannot be verified against the input reviews alone.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Raco trades on competitive parts prices and quick turnaround, drawing repeat buyers for stock. Recent friction over opening hour reliability and inconsistent service pace clouds what was once a trusted spot for HVAC supplies and labour.
