Most older reviews praise fast, neat work and fair pricing, but recent complaints expose serious gaps. Leak repairs go unresolved, hidden copper line charges add hundreds to bills, and chemical cleaning has damaged walls. Timing is erratic and communication poor after booking. Named technicians Mian Osman and Shah performed well when reviewed a year ago, but current service delivery varies sharply. Some customers report foreign workers with messy piping and no protective covering. The business appears to oversell basic packages, then charge heavily for extras like extended copper lines.

Speed and honesty define this operation. Appointments land within a day, technicians explain work upfront with clear costs, and they diagnose accurately rather than oversell. One customer paid RM150 to fix a leak and sensor when other shops wanted a full unit replacement. The team protects your home during service, arrives on time, and handles capacitor swaps, chemical cleaning, gas top-ups (R22, R410A, R32), and repairs without mess. Long-term customers return consistently, and staff communicate in plain terms throughout the job.
