LKH DAILY AIRCOND

4.9(96)✓ Google-verified

Most visits end with satisfied customers and working air conditioning. Technicians arrive punctually, clean thoroughly, and explain the work without pushing extras. One recent job went seriously wrong: excessive water sprayed during cleaning destroyed a control board, the unit then failed for two weeks, and a technician initially charged RM80 for work another had already done. The owner eventually cancelled that charge but offered no apology for the fault.

Zaza Aircon Services

4.3(191)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Strong technicians deliver clean work when everything goes smoothly, but delays, missed appointments, and service failures underscore serious operational gaps. Reviewers report leaks and mechanical sounds appearing after servicing where none existed before, with staff often refusing accountability. Upselling pressure and attempts to intimidate customers with invoice threats further erode trust. Service quality is inconsistent. Named technicians like Mandeep and Abrar earn consistent praise for professionalism and transparency, yet others on the team create problems that admin then deflects with age-of-unit excuses. Pricing is listed clearly on their website, but repair costs and add-ons often come as surprises or disputes after the fact.

Most visits result in quick, affordable service with thorough cleaning and neat work. A recent dispute over alleged damage to an aircon component and the customer's experience disputing liability raises concerns: one reviewer suspected some positive reviews may not be genuine and urged checking parts before and after the visit.
