All 18 reviews rate this business five stars. Recent feedback shows it handles emergency calls late at night, resolves compressor and gas leak issues on the same day, and installs walk-in chillers with tidy workmanship. A seafood business credits them with keeping their cold room running consistently over months of regular maintenance.
Most customers praise Federal Aircond for competitive prices, warm staff, and straightforward transactions. Stock is plentiful and transactions are easy. A recent delivery problem shows gaps in logistics planning when handling large multi-unit orders, though this is an outlier against the weight of positive experience. Service quality and friendliness are consistent across reviews. Salespeople are named positively (Sales Sahirah noted). The business stocks complete spare parts, making it a reliable one-stop shop for both retail and service needs in the Klang area.
Bahin delivers consistent, friendly service across installation and maintenance. Reviewers praise quick turnaround, honest pricing, and staff who explain the work and clean up after themselves. Mr Daniel is named for personalized quotations and scheduling ease.
Long-standing Klang shop with a split reputation. Older reviews praise honest pricing and fast work; recent feedback flagsstaff rudeness and a pattern of temporary gas top-ups without finding the root cause of leaks. One customer discovered their system was wrongly installed after years of fruitless visits.
Most reviewers praise fair pricing and workmanship quality, particularly on mobile aircon units. However, concerns surface about unprofessional foreign staff and pressure to buy parts that may not be needed. Limited recent detail.
All four reviews rate the business five stars. Customers value the owner's trustworthiness, clean work, quick turnaround, and reasonable pricing. No complaints emerge from the available feedback.

All 17 reviewed jobs came back clean: response times measured in hours, installation and repair done right the first time, and staff like Thanaraj flagging when a new unit is not actually needed. Reviewers repeatedly note honesty (refusing to replace units that could be fixed) and communication (photos sent, progress explained, parts sourced without surprise costs). Every installation and repair job in the sample took one visit. The business handles everything from chemical wash to complex diagnostics on inverter units, Panasonic and beyond. Thanaraj appears as the named technician in five reviews, always for skilled problem-solving. No gaps in the work record, no post-job complaints, and no waiting-list notes.
Shah Services repeatedly fixed air-con problems that other contractors left unresolved, earning trust through competent diagnosis and honest pricing. Technicians arrive on time, work neatly, and stay in touch after the job to check the unit still cools properly; named staff Azri and Naim are called out for professionalism. The business handles service, chemical cleaning, gas top-ups, drainage repairs, and full installation across Shah Alam and KL. No recent complaints surface in their 158 reviews; the consistent thread is that units cool noticeably better after their visit, and customers report they need fewer units running to feel cold.
Perfect Electrical earns consistent five-star praise for reliability, service quality, and competitive prices. Shoppers cite quick delivery, reasonable pricing, and a broad range of electrical products as reasons to return.
