Air conditioning contractors in Setapak: ranked picks
Setapak's mix of high-rise condos, older walk-up flats and shophouses means aircond jobs here range from quick servicing on a single split unit to full installs across multi-room apartments. The list below ranks contractors covering the area on rating, review volume, recency and sentiment, following our methodology, so you can compare who actually delivers versus who just answers the phone fast.
Many Setapak buildings have tight service corridors and shared compressor ledges, so technicians often need to work around strata access rules and limited parking near condos like those along Jalan Genting Klang or Wangsa Melawati. Common jobs in the area include chemical cleaning for units affected by nearby traffic dust, gas top-ups on ageing splits in older flats, and installs for renovated units in newer high-rises.
