Work gets done quickly and cleanly, with staff who treat customers well and quote fair rates. One serious incident soured an otherwise consistent track record: a technician broke a unit's front panel during service, initially denied it, and when discovered the management offered a cursory glue-and-move-on fix rather than standing behind the error. Their website lists eight service types from basic cleaning to gas refills, with tiered pricing by unit size. Most customers praise the speed and thoroughness of the job itself, and the team arrives ready to work. The damage incident, though isolated, highlights a gap between service quality and how problems get handled.
Most customers praise quick arrival, solid repair work, and honest service. Technicians like Jamshad and Leong earn repeat bookings. One reviewer queried a nearly RM 300 capacitor swap charge, though pricing for parts remains otherwise undisclosed.
Every review highlights speed and professionalism. Technicians arrive on time, diagnose issues correctly, and complete work quickly. Many mention noticeably colder airflow or quieter operation immediately after service, with one reviewer noting their son slept better that night. Servicing gets the most detailed praise: units are dismantled piece by piece, all components thoroughly washed, and external fittings checked. Technicians named Venus and Benny are mentioned by name. Pricing is consistently called fair. No appointments appear backed up, and one first-time customer found the team patient even when a condo permit delay added 20 minutes to the job.
Most customers praise AC Cool N Care's quick turnaround and knowledgeable staff like Ahmad and Usman, with many returning for repeat work. However, several reviewers report units remaining uncold after servicing, surprise gas charges (RM120 for 40 psi), and missing receipts, raising concerns about value and transparency.
