Five-star reviews consistently highlight competitive prices, friendly staff, and honest diagnostics with no hidden add-ons. However, a cluster of one-star complaints spanning the past year document unresponsive quoting (ghosting for weeks), delayed updates, and warranty issues within months of purchase. The split between loyal repeat customers and frustrated prospects seeking quotes suggests sales service outperforms follow-up.

Most customers report noticeably better cooling and quieter operation after service, with technicians arriving on time and working methodically through multiple units without rushing. One early customer felt pressured into a RM150 diagnosis fee and refused a routine cleaning when a compressor issue was flagged, describing the experience as a waste of money. Staff communicate clearly about what they find and charge transparently for multi-unit jobs. The company handles leaks, vibration, noise, and routine maintenance consistently, showing customers the dirt removed and explaining filter maintenance. Technicians keep work areas clean and complete jobs within stated timeframes.
