Nearly half of reviews are one or two stars, with repeated complaints about poor warranty support, staff who ignore calls and messages, and deposit handling practices that customers dispute. A few earlier reviews mention inventory of spare parts and occasional on-time first visits, but current feedback emphasises unresponsiveness after payment and difficulty reaching technicians for follow-up work.
