All three reviewers praise Syukur Resources for fair rates (RM85-RM98 per job), polite technicians who call ahead, and willingness to answer questions honestly. One reviewer noted the team lacks complete equipment on first visits but has returned to their premises for follow-up work.
Most reviews describe service that falls short: technicians overfill gas, overcharge beyond website rates, skip proper diagnosis, and leave problems unresolved. A handful praise speed and cleanliness, but complaints about broken parts, missed appointments, and ignored messages far outweigh positive experiences. Evidence is thin on what makes them reliable.
Seven reviews show sharp splits: five-star accounts praise timeliness and repair attention; one-star complaints cite sloppy install work and unwanted follow-ups. Limited detail overall, but those crediting the business value their return for breakdowns.
