Every review awards five stars. Customers consistently praise fast response-one booked within an hour and had their unit running again the same day. Technicians Ali, Sultan, and Quddus are named for professionalism and skill. Reviewers emphasize punctuality, clean work sites, and honest diagnosis without upselling. Chemical wash solves leaking units; gas top-ups and basic cleaning come with diagnostics. A maid at one property received photo updates mid-service, showing the team's communication care. Pricing runs RM 85 for basic cleaning plus diagnostics on one unit, dropping to RM 80 per unit for three or more. Chemical wash costs RM 150 (one unit) to RM 100 (five or more). Gas top-up is RM 20 per 10 PSI. Installation, relocation, and annual maintenance plans are offered. Strong technical delivery and genuine warmth from staff win consistent repeat business, but rescheduling chaos, internal coordination breakdowns, and a pattern of incomplete work followed by second charges undermine trust. Some customers report damaged floors and walls left uncleaned; others wait weeks for parts with minimal updates. The gap between positive experiences and serious service failures suggests inconsistency in execution or accountability. Reviewers praise thorough cleaning, knowledgeable technicians, and fair prices. Problems cluster in scheduling reliability, follow-up communication, and willingness to own mistakes. Two-month delays on part arrivals and billing disputes over whether work was truly complete stand out as the most damaging complaints.
Customers consistently report prompt arrival, skillful repairs, and clean installations. Staff take time to explain work clearly and follow through on leaking units and overhauls. The business draws repeat clients who book via WhatsApp and trust the team to handle anything from major overhauls to routine servicing without needing to shop elsewhere. Technicians named in reviews (Hilmi) worked carefully and explained each step. Multi-split systems are a noted strength. Most customers describe saving electricity after major service and report the team goes above standard practice when issues arise.

Rana, Raza, and Hassan have built a reputation for arriving same-day, diagnosing problems quickly, and servicing air-cons thoroughly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Reviewers report efficient work, clean job sites, and staff who respect homes and treat customers fairly. Chemical cleans cost RM75–RM400 depending on unit type (their website offers 10% discount on chemical cleaning). Most visits wrap in an hour or less. Five-star reviews consistently cite professional attitude, punctuality, and workmanship that leaves systems running like new.
Customers consistently report quick problem diagnosis and on-time service calls. Technicians explain repairs clearly, complete work neatly, and charge fair prices for both installation and repair jobs. Staff arrive when promised and finish projects efficiently. The business handles installations and repairs with attention to detail, and reviewers note that air conditioners cool properly after service. Friendly interactions and transparent pricing set this business apart.
All 31 reviews are five-star. Recent work shows strong technical skill: technicians arrive on time, take care with the workspace, and deliver noticeably cleaner ducts and fresher air. The owner is noted as helpful and friendly. No complaints appear in the available reviews.
Work quality is reliable when the job goes ahead, with reviewers naming specific technicians like Joe, Sandeep, and Mizi as hardworking and knowledgeable. However, scheduling instability cuts through praise: several customers report last-minute cancellations, late arrivals without notice, and one customer lost a bulk discount due to a missed appointment window. Management has also struggled with tech changes (technician substitution without warning) and pricing clarity on complex jobs.
Across 13 five-star reviews, the team consistently delivers fast, affordable work with professional execution. They handle aircon cleaning, electrical installation, plumbing, and home maintenance across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, arriving on time and completing jobs reliably without premium pricing.

One early complaint flagged parts being replaced without adequate explanation, though most reviews emphasise professional service and honest dealings.
Every review is five stars, and the reasons come through: technicians arrive on time, finish quickly, and leave the workplace clean. Staff are friendly and explain what they find (one customer appreciated being shown the dirty filter; another got honest advice to extend a corroded unit's life rather than replace it). Last-minute requests are handled without fuss. Service runs across wall-mounted, cassette, ducted, and centralized systems. Their website claims to serve Ampang, Bangsar, Mid Valley City, Klang Valley, Kota Damansara, Damansara, Cheras, and Kepong.
