Open round-the-clock in USJ 14, Sumon stocks hard-to-find electrical and hardware items that other shops lack. The owner is consistently praised as approachable and quick to help, even at midnight, making this a lifeline for urgent repairs. Staff keep shelves well-stocked with aircon capacitors, fittings, and parts. Prices stay competitive, and the clean shop layout works well for tradespeople and DIYers alike picking up supplies outside normal hours.
Most work gets done fast and reviewers praise the team's aircon knowledge and friendly manner over many years. A few recent complaints stand out: one described a plumbing fix that failed a week later with a rude re-inspection demand, and another noted chemical damage to furniture during service, suggesting care can slip when the workload is high. Staff typically explain repairs clearly and keep prices reasonable. The business has served customers for over a decade with the same units running well, which speaks to solid maintenance practice. However, those earlier complaints hint at inconsistent follow-up once a job is closed.
Every review is five stars. Customers consistently report quick diagnosis, honest advice that saves money, and skilled repairs across residential and commercial units in the Subang Jaya area. Technicians arrive on time, explain work clearly, and clean up after themselves. Chemical washes and repairs are praised for immediate cooling improvement; one reviewer noted a technician correctly identified a burnt motor and swapped it same-day, another praised them for finding a gas-only fix instead of recommending a costly compressor replacement.
Customers return repeatedly for work that gets done fast and fair. The owner and technicians diagnose honestly, explain clearly, and often waive small jobs like bulb replacements and inspections instead of padding the bill. Dashcam installation, car electronics fixes, and routine servicing dominate the reviews. Staff respond immediately to calls, finish simple jobs in minutes, and build trust by putting the customer's actual need ahead of revenue. The Ss 14 Subang Jaya location draws locals who appreciate a neighbourhood workshop that treats them as people, not transactions.
All nine reviews praise Mr. Chong's honesty and efficiency. Customers report same-day appointments via WhatsApp, fair pricing for work done, and clear explanations of issues. No complaints recorded.
90% of reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise the team's friendliness, professionalism, and speed. Work quality is regularly described as neat and thorough. One negative review from a year ago cited a specific staff member's failure to answer calls and keep promises; most other feedback suggests strong follow-up and willingness to return if issues arise.
