Two one-star reviews from four years ago describe a contractor who charged for work claiming it was fixed but wasn't, then refused to return without extra payment. Review evidence is limited to these two accounts.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Sparse review evidence: one detailed complaint alleges poor installation, compressor damage, and denial of responsibility; one brief positive rating provides no detail. Low confidence in overall service quality.
Open round-the-clock in USJ 14, Sumon stocks hard-to-find electrical and hardware items that other shops lack. The owner is consistently praised as approachable and quick to help, even at midnight, making this a lifeline for urgent repairs. Staff keep shelves well-stocked with aircon capacitors, fittings, and parts. Prices stay competitive, and the clean shop layout works well for tradespeople and DIYers alike picking up supplies outside normal hours.
Most reviewers praise fast, punctual service and competitive prices, often naming Serene for helpfulness. Several note appointments kept on schedule and quick problem-solving. However, isolated complaints surface: one customer's aircon stayed warm after servicing with no callback, and an older review flags slow sales-team quotation responses.
