ANZ Works & Services earns consistent praise for neat, tidy installations across air conditioning, wiring, and renovation work. Customers value their quick response, reasonable pricing, and willingness to listen and adapt to what each project needs.
Strong technicians deliver clean work when everything goes smoothly, but delays, missed appointments, and service failures underscore serious operational gaps. Reviewers report leaks and mechanical sounds appearing after servicing where none existed before, with staff often refusing accountability. Upselling pressure and attempts to intimidate customers with invoice threats further erode trust. Service quality is inconsistent. Named technicians like Mandeep and Abrar earn consistent praise for professionalism and transparency, yet others on the team create problems that admin then deflects with age-of-unit excuses. Pricing is listed clearly on their website, but repair costs and add-ons often come as surprises or disputes after the fact.
Many customers report responsive, professional work with fair pricing on routine servicing. However, a consistent minority report post-service leaks, apparent upselling of copper upgrades and gas refills they claim were unneeded, and labour charges they felt excessive compared to online part prices. Warranty complaints suggest 30 days on new installs may fall short of expectations.
