Every review across 83 ratings is five-star. Buyers consistently praise fast delivery of genuine Panasonic parts, often arriving ahead of expected timelines. Staff respond quickly, answer questions after hours, and handle custom orders like rare remote controllers and outdoor unit replacements with care. The business stocks parts from motor fans to PCB boards for residential and ceiling cassette units. Their website lists Panasonic Authorised Partner status and over 20 years in business. One reviewer noted a replacement outdoor unit installed within an hour after a faulty PCB delayed repair.

When staff show up on time, customers praise their skill, speed, and fair prices. Technicians work neatly and explain the job well. However, appointment reliability is patchy: multiple reviewers report no-shows, lack of courtesy calls, and slow responses to phone and WhatsApp even after confirmation. Rain and traffic are cited as excuses. Team 7, Team 8, and technician Fahad receive named praise for professionalism. The business handles both maintenance and full installations across Klang Valley. One reviewer warns of inflated pricing and misdiagnosis, though most report reasonable rates. Inconsistency appears to be the core problem: excellent service when the appointment holds, poor communication when it does not.

Older customers praise Dr Cool's professionalism and value, but recent reviews paint a frustrating picture: late arrivals after advance bookings, unanswered calls and messages, and excuses on the day. One customer reported a unit was not serviced despite booking. Wait times and responsiveness appear to be ongoing friction points.
