Most recent jobs run smoothly with teams arriving on time and finishing work professionally. Staff diagnose and fix problems cleanly, keep clients updated, and charge fairly for air conditioning servicing. Older complaints about pest control and renovation delays have faded; the business now focuses tighter on home maintenance, though occasional price sensitivity and rare follow-up gaps remain.
Most jobs are handled competently, but the booking and payment system has caused confusion for some customers, including unexpected staff changes and unclear charges. Quote and agree on costs before work starts to avoid complications.
Reviewers consistently experience fast, neat work backed by friendly staff who explain problems clearly and return promptly if issues arise. Recurring compliments focus on speed and professionalism across repair and maintenance jobs, with one five-star reviewer naming technicians Akmal and Azmie for leak repairs and another calling the pricing reasonable for the quality delivered.
Mark and his team deliver consistent, responsive aircon service over years. Installation is swift and careful, servicing thorough (they clean up and diagnose beyond routine work), pricing fair. One customer found the owner resistant to standard inquiry questions, leading to service cancellation. For most, the reliability and personal attention justify long-term loyalty.
