Recent reviews show serious issues: customers report staff no-shows on scheduled days without notice, units leaking within a month post-service with no warranty cover, and dismissive aftercare when problems arise. Half the reviews praise the technicians' skill and competence, but older complaints highlight poor punctuality, rude staff, and broken appointment promises. The mixed pattern suggests inconsistency rather than systemic problems.
