All 39 reviews are five-star. Customers praise fast responses, reasonable prices, and punctual arrival. Technicians arrive fully equipped and handle installations and servicing with care; staff stay responsive after the job if issues arise.
Strong technical work from named technicians like Faris, Faries, Fariz, and Umer draws repeat praise for same-day turnarounds and units cooling properly after service. However, multiple recent reviews flag missed or heavily delayed appointments, poor follow-up when units fail, and difficult refund handling. One customer waited a month for a partial refund after a RM330 repair fell apart two weeks later.
SSNOW's team, led by Irwan and Haziq, arrives on time and completes work efficiently. Customers praise their technical skill, willingness to explain maintenance and care clearly, and spotless results. Pricing sits between budget and mid-range, drawing repeated mention as fair for the quality delivered. Servicing dominates the review record, where units cool better and run longer after their visit. Several customers note they returned for second or third jobs, and the business covers much of central KL. Warranty or follow-up terms are not mentioned in reviews.
Rehan Enterprise delivers quick, budget-friendly air conditioning work with consistently positive feedback across servicing and repairs. Staff treat customers well, complete jobs in under an hour, and avoid hidden charges. The business operates seven days a week from Kuala Lumpur and handles everything from basic maintenance to gas leak detection and new unit installation. Their website lists emergency support, VRF/VRV systems, duct cleaning, and anti-bacterial protection among their offerings. Reviewers repeatedly praise the combination of speed, fair pricing, and thorough work quality. No substantive complaints appear in recent reviews.
Most customers experience fast, neat work from named technicians like Bilal, Hassan, Shahid and Qasim, with punctual arrival and honest upfront pricing. Staff tackle gas detection and weak cooling issues quickly, clean thoroughly after, and stay professional throughout the job. One customer encountered an inexperienced technician who misdiagnosed a gas issue and missed a cleaning need, leading to breakdown weeks later. Installation comes with a three-month warranty (longer than the standard one month), and the team handles chemical cleaning, duct work, and residential and commercial units across multiple areas including Ampang and Bandar Sunway.
Most customers experience fast, professional service with courteous technicians who arrive on schedule and explain work clearly. Hassan, Asghar, Usman, and Rana are regularly named for thorough cleaning and honest advice. One long-standing customer reports recent deterioration: late arrivals, incomplete services, RM800 price discrepancy on an installation, and poor pipework finishing that blocked existing wiring. The pricing breakdown was confusing, and management's response lacked genuine accountability for the mistake.
Encik Beku splits into two camps. When staff arrive on time, customers report attentive service and cold air afterward. But many wait hours past scheduled slots or see technicians never appear. Pricing disputes are frequent: customers cite markup on parts and surprise bills post-visit. Overhauls have leaked, refills have been skipped, and follow-up responses lag. The business claims 12 years in operation and serves eight states. Advertised rates start at RM99 for basic service. Yet reviewers consistently report charges double or triple the estimate, gaps in promised work, and staff admissions that internal markups are steep. No-shows and rescheduled appointments damage trust most.
Staff respond promptly and arrive on schedule, with Nasir earning particular praise for solving stubborn problems like persistent water leaks. Customers report straightforward pricing, clean work, and a willingness to explain issues-many return year after year or trust them with their rental properties.
All 18 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently report fast, professional work: installation, repairs, chemical cleans, and gas top-ups done cleanly with no surprise costs. Staff tackle awkward compressor locations willingly and leave sites tidy.
Most customers report quick, courteous service and good work at reasonable rates. One detailed complaint describes inadequate fault-finding before recommending a costly outdoor unit replacement after the technician had earlier claimed only gas was needed. That customer reported the AC failed after one day and felt misled about leak detection and warranty terms.
Most jobs run smoothly and reviewers report solid installation and repair work. The team is friendly and finishes tasks to a standard that keeps 98% of reviewers satisfied. Recent complaints show lapses: one technician arrived without proper tools and borrowed a customer's table as a ladder; another took payment for a repair that failed and then went silent. These are outliers in a largely positive record, but signal gaps in preparation and followup.
All nine reviews highlight punctual arrival, skilled technicians, and thorough AC and duct cleaning work. Reviewers repeatedly mention improved cooling performance, fair pricing with no hidden costs, and clear explanations of the work done. No complaints were recorded.
