Best Aircond cleaning service

5.0(32)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Every review is five stars. Customers consistently praise the team for arriving quickly (often same-day or within an hour), handling repairs and chemical washes with visible results (stronger cooling, fresher air, quieter operation), and explaining work before starting. Technicians are named and noted as friendly and experienced. The business charges reasonably and operates even on Friday evenings. Multiple reviewers booked them again or plan to. Specific services mentioned include wall-mounted and ceiling cassette chemical wash, water leak fixes, multi-unit servicing, and emergency evening repairs. Customers appreciate that staff arrive early and keep work efficient. One reviewer had an aircon leaking at 6pm on Friday and was fixed within the hour, which saved their weekend.

ACE Air Conditioning Expert Sdn Bhd

4.7(90)✓ Google-verified

Every review highlights speed and professionalism. Technicians arrive on time, diagnose issues correctly, and complete work quickly. Many mention noticeably colder airflow or quieter operation immediately after service, with one reviewer noting their son slept better that night. Servicing gets the most detailed praise: units are dismantled piece by piece, all components thoroughly washed, and external fittings checked. Technicians named Venus and Benny are mentioned by name. Pricing is consistently called fair. No appointments appear backed up, and one first-time customer found the team patient even when a condo permit delay added 20 minutes to the job.

Aircond 99

4.8(52)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Work gets done quickly and cleanly, with staff who treat customers well and quote fair rates. One serious incident soured an otherwise consistent track record: a technician broke a unit's front panel during service, initially denied it, and when discovered the management offered a cursory glue-and-move-on fix rather than standing behind the error. For those who value honesty and transparency in repairs, that matters. Their website lists eight service types from basic cleaning to gas refills, with tiered pricing by unit size. Most customers praise the speed and thoroughness of the job itself, and the team arrives ready to work. The damage incident, though isolated, highlights a gap between service quality and how problems get handled.

Reviewers consistently praise fast same-day repairs, with technician Guru resolving issues like clogged drain pipes and compressor failures efficiently. Staff communicate clearly, show before-and-after photos, and come across as genuinely helpful and easy to work with. One complaint stands out: a customer was quoted RM138 but faced a surprise RM100 charge for refrigerant top-up at the appointment, with an RM80 cancellation fee mentioned only after declining. Most reviews highlight fair pricing, but this incident suggests pricing terms can be ambiguous upfront.
