Aircon installation covers fitting a new split unit, replacing an old one, or adding capacity to a room or shop that's grown too warm for its existing setup. The job goes beyond mounting a box on the wall: it includes running refrigerant piping between the indoor and outdoor units, wiring into your electrical supply (often on its own circuit breaker for anything above 1.5hp), drilling and sealing the wall opening, fitting a condensate drain line that actually slopes away from the house, and vacuuming the line to remove air and moisture before the system is charged with refrigerant. Skipping that vacuum step is one of the most common shortcuts that shows up later as poor cooling or a unit that leaks gas within a year or two.
We list 47 aircon installation businesses covering Subang Jaya, from single-technician outfits to larger teams that also handle servicing and repairs. Before you hire, it's worth checking a few things: whether they size the unit to the room (not just sell you whatever's in stock), whether they quote a fixed price including piping, brackets, and disposal of the old unit, whether they're familiar with your specific brand (LG, Daikin, Panasonic, Midea and similar all have quirks), and whether they offer any workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's parts warranty. Ask about pipe length included in the base price too, since anything beyond 3 metres usually costs extra per foot.
Our scoring pulls together review volume, rating consistency, and how businesses respond to customer feedback over time, so you're not relying on a handful of recent reviews that could go either way.
