Most reviewers praise fast, punctual service and competitive prices, often naming Serene for helpfulness. Several note appointments kept on schedule and quick problem-solving. However, isolated complaints surface: one customer's aircon stayed warm after servicing with no callback, and an older review flags slow sales-team quotation responses.
Older reviews praise affordable rates and patient technicians, but recent incidents reveal serious gaps: a customer was ghosted for over an hour on a scheduled appointment, and another was charged RM140 without the aircon being fixed. The pattern and timing suggest a decline in reliability.

Named technicians like Denny and Farqrul earn praise for efficient, tidy jobs, though isolated complaints surface about customer service tone and quote accuracy versus website rates.
Most jobs go smoothly: technicians arrive on time, diagnose tricky faults others missed, and finish with neat drilling and piping. Five-star reviews highlight efficient cleaning and friendly staff, with customers noting spotless results and easy scheduling. Refund disputes and staff conduct issues add to customer frustration. Their website lists aircon cleaning at RM69/month, and the business claims 10+ years in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
