Most customers praise the neat work, quick turnaround, and helpful staff; one past complaint centred on confusion around government subsidy paperwork and payment terms, which appears unresolved from the review date (2 years ago).

Most customers praise individual technicians like Daniel, Taqif, Mustakim and Haziq for their skill, punctuality, and willingness to explain work clearly. Several note thorough cleaning and honest assessments. However, management failures surface repeatedly: one customer was charged without a detailed price list or approval, another discovered water damage from roof drilling done without prior discussion, and one cited incomplete floor cleanup. The disparity between frontline service and business processes undermines otherwise strong technical work.
Most customers praise cheap aircon units and fast, skilled installation, with quick follow-up when systems underperform. A few report being charged high gas prices without clear fault diagnosis or system cleaning, leaving them uncertain what they paid for.
Centrepoint Services is praised by most reviewers for speedy response, professional installation and maintenance, and fair pricing. One recent complaint flagged poor aftercare and delayed responsibility when problems arise post-installation.
Most customers praise AC Cool N Care's quick turnaround and knowledgeable staff like Ahmad and Usman, with many returning for repeat work. However, several reviewers report units remaining uncold after servicing, surprise gas charges (RM120 for 40 psi), and missing receipts, raising concerns about value and transparency.

All five reviews award top marks. Customers report professional installations, fast delivery, and fair prices for home aircon work. One reviewer said they'd return.
Half the reviews are glowing about fast, thorough service at fair prices. The other half report dishonest diagnoses, missed appointments, and staff who won't acknowledge problems. Recent reviews lean positive, but trust issues run deep in older feedback. Many customers praise the chemical cleaning and quick turnaround. Technicians explain work clearly and arrive on time when they show. Yet several report being overcharged for compressor replacement only to learn the real problem was a burst pipe, or paying for repairs that didn't fix the fault. A no-show cost one customer half a day off work.
Helpful staff and affordable servicing draw praise. Two 1-star reviews from 3–5 years ago describe billing disputes and service failures in installation and repair. The most recent review (6 months ago) strongly praises both installation and servicing.

Most recent work comes back strong: professional installation and repair at reasonable rates, with technicians praised for friendliness and quality. One older complaint flags responsibility confusion between the shop and external contractors, plus surprise charges, though this sits against five recent five-star reviews.
Both reviewers report fast, competent work. Limited review evidence, but pricing appears negotiable with the team.
All ten reviews award five stars over five years. Customers praise reliability across installation, repair, and servicing work, consistent professional conduct, and transparent pricing. Chemical cleaning and fault diagnostics come up repeatedly as satisfactory outcomes.
PureCool wins praise for professional, timely work at fair rates. A significant caveat: warranty claims prove difficult to navigate, and an older complaint flags trouble reaching the business by phone.
Chipo offers cheap, honest repair work and quick service in Puchong, with staff who know air conditioning well. Some customers report rude treatment, so first impressions vary widely.
Strong older reviews praise friendly staff and competitive pricing, but recent reviews expose serious installation failures. A missing earthing line in a 2022 installation caused electrical damage costing the customer over RM1,100 in repairs. Poor follow-up and lack of accountability remain concerns.
Reviewers consistently praise CBM Engineering Systems for professional execution and straightforward pricing. Work is described as efficient and trustworthy, with staff delivering on time.
Federal Air-Cond Electrical Engineering is a long-standing Port Klang operation with mostly positive marks. Reviewers note fair prices, helpful staff, and readily available spares and units.

Recent five-star reviews praise friendly staff and professional Daikin service work, but one-star feedback consistently reports staff closing early without notice, ignoring published hours, and being unresponsive when called. The business also serves as a Shopee collection point, which appears to be a source of customer frustration rather than a reliable additional service.
Sun Tech comes with strong praise for straightforward service and owner transparency on labour and parts cost. One past complaint flagged concern about diagnostic accuracy and potential overcharging; most recent reviews show consistent satisfaction.
Both five-star reviewers praised punctual arrival, transparent communication, and fair prices. Imran handled a service call with clear explanations and no hidden charges. Response time was noted as notably fast.

Most reviews describe service that falls short: technicians overfill gas, overcharge beyond website rates, skip proper diagnosis, and leave problems unresolved. A handful praise speed and cleanliness, but complaints about broken parts, missed appointments, and ignored messages far outweigh positive experiences. Evidence is thin on what makes them reliable.
