Strong majority of customers report fast arrival, clean work, and friendly technicians who finish jobs efficiently and keep sites tidy. Most reviews praise Imran and other technicians by name for professionalism and speed. Basic servicing for multiple units takes under two hours. The tension centres on pricing transparency: site lists fixed rates (water leak repair RM 70, troubleshooting RM 80, split unit servicing from RM 99), but some customers report being quoted differently in person without advance notice of size variations.

Five-star reviews consistently highlight competitive prices, friendly staff, and honest diagnostics with no hidden add-ons. When the service goes smoothly, customers note clean work and skilled technicians like Robin, Rakib, Aliff and Shakil. Most reviews paint a starkly different picture: multiple customers report technicians diagnosing fake faults to push unnecessary parts, then damaging or spoiling working units when refused. Gas leaks recur within weeks of paid refills; follow-up visits drag on or never happen. Money troubles compound the technical failures. Refunds promised within 30 days stretch to 60+ with no replies to messages. Missed appointments and no-shows are common, as is late arrival without notice. Several note thorough cleaning and honest assessments. However, management failures surface repeatedly: one customer was charged without a detailed price list or approval, another discovered water damage from roof drilling done without prior discussion, and one cited incomplete floor cleanup.
